Post by: shaunmorton on 03 March 2014, 22:43
Hey was wondering if anyone could help.

im looking at getting a double din stereo for the golf but i only have a single din space.

the current arrangement is:
Cup holder
Empty shelf thing
Head unit
Climate control

can i just remove the shelf and pop a double din shelf in there?

I realise that this is quite an old post and I will understand if I get no response....

Did/does it work the way you wanted and did you have any major problems with the fitting/setup and use?
