Pics look mean!  Agree with Jimp!

Dude how far have you dropped the car? and what size tyres are you running? I'm starting to think SPAX won't drop it low enough for me.. even though my sump says otherwise!

Thanks man, yeah my mate linked the pics and the standard mk3 is perfectly placed! Its actually VR running over 200bhp, convincing him to charge it and slam it (doesn't need convincing here though!)

Mmm, thread on the coilies is like 180mm and I got like 30/40mm left... So probs 100mm-ish.

Looking good Alex

Dan

Cheers maaate

Few piccies of the tank:

I have test fitted it and it fits! Made a model bracket and baffle for it, so that can be made and the whole thing can be welded up. Should have it back mid next week

Oh and its test drive time now. New crank sensor fitted, Stu did it for me so I have to do some more wiring on his 20vt conversion lol. Took ages, had to take off starter and front mount, etc!

Crank sensor didn't work! F**k.

Fuel pump or DV? Lots of talk on clubgti that its down to plugs. Tried a new set of NGK's and they didn't solve it, but going to try a set of bosch super 4's tomorrow (£20 at halfords).

Its the fuel pump, like Ben said lol.

I'm broken down in my car now haha, won't start and fuel pump sounds very unhealthy. At least now I know.

Bought another pump off the bay. Going to use Stu's pump and fit it tomorrow and give him mine when it arrives.
