Needs to be back on it's wheels and have the body channeled first.

This is where only getting to play once a week becomes a pain. Probably could have had the majority of it done if I got a full weekend down there.

How do you get on with no guards over the wheels? Does it pass mot?

Mine will have guards of some sort, but it's not an mot thing. It's a vosa / traffic police rule that it must have covered tread of a substantial amount.

As far as I'm aware anyway.

A good productive day today! Made that plate look like something and practiced my welding. Lovely and blobby and burning holes in bits haha!

Didn't manage to get It back on it's wheels today which was a shame, but I can pull it into the booth next week as no jobs are on, which means I can put it together and finish off the welding in the comfort of a well lit area. Finished off the rear mount today and by Jove it fits! Bolts into the car with no drama at all. Started on my front mount too, but need to getthe box in to make sure it's sitting level.




I'm going to run some edging on the rear mount too to finish it off and make it a bit more rigid.

Exciting things next week!!
