Yeah! Gonna do a nice curved edge round it and dress it up a bit to make it a bit stronger. Will have top section on it where the gearbox sits which should strengthen it up a bit too.

Gearbox raise - should be done in 2 weeks?
Body channel - a days worth of work
Roof chop - have 2 spare rooves ready
Seat runners cut out
New seat runners made
Decide on seats
Make a bulkhead/engine firewall
Lights
Engine
Sort out the front suspension set up
Glass

Yes but no!

A day to sort the bulkhead. Half a day to get the pedals in, half a day to sort the seats out. It's gonna be one of those things. Take loads of time to sort the little things out, but not a lot to make good progress.

So what you reckon then, properly(ish) finished by spring?

Maybe! Should hopefully have it together as a bit of a nail in about 6 months hit some shows, then haul it off the road and finish it properly for the next season.

Sounds good, really hope to see it soon then.  If it's rolling by August get it down to VW Whitenoise!

Depends how far away it is haha! Ideally would love to get it nailed together for dubs at the park. Guess if it's run it right I can see about a friendly mot tester to get it through for then.

If not loads of other ones to do!
