I think he made the right decision. Lots of equipment in the pit lane. End of the race too. Pit straight easily accessible. He made the right move.

As much as I don't like Alonso, he ran a solid race today. Man of the match for me though was Webber.

Eyebrow wins again, would love to see a monty python animation of his brow
Lewis had a numpty moment while Jenson brought home the points, better driver imo
Webber all the way for me this year he plain deserves it

+1 The pits is not the place to park up a car on fire.

I hate Alonso but you have to give it to him today, he drove that fezza on the limit for nearly 2 hrs. Redbull would have done him if they'd left Vettle out for a couple of laps when Alonso pitted.

Button had a solid race in a car he clearly wasn't 100% happy with. He might not be as fast as Lewis but he is Mr Consistent which when it comes down to the last couple of races could count for an awful lot.  Lewis had a bad day but he had to make that move. He probably should have run wide but clearly he didn't see webber in his blindspot. Good decision by the stewards not to take any further action with either party.

Drive of the day though has to go to Kubica. That boy needs a go in a fast car. Imagine him piloting a redbull? Awesome.

I think they're bring another new front wing and a modified version of their blown diffuser.
