Please advise were should I start diagnosing the below faults, note i have already replaced airflow meter, oxygen sensor, injectors, intake manifold, boost pressure sensor, diverter valve, engine temp switch as well as water pump & new plugs...

Have you smoke tested the charge system? Have you checked the turbo actuator? How does the car drive? Symptoms can be more useful than fault codes. Record your actual vs requested boost pressure against engine rpm in 3rd gear from 1200rpm with foot flat to the floor until the red line (or until you run out of road). If air volume is escaping or not being generated by the turbo the maf and oxygen sensors will have a hard time figuring out what is going on.
