Short story, bought GTi (55) with cruise. It had been retrofitted and wasnt working. ArnoldClark to their shame 2 weeks after I placed the car with them for a service and this issue STILL havent got back to me with any kind of solution....other than to quote me £265 for a complete new retrofit...this despite the accessory brochure stating clearly that its £150 supplied and fitted including VAT.
I called A4 Audi and didnt even need an appointment, within 2 mins my car was hooked up to vagcom and after a phone call to someone called Gareth (cheers Gareth as well!!) a single digit was changed and HEY PRESTO....yours truely now has Cruise Control fully operational....
A4Audi now have a customer for life...fantastic.
