Wow  that's a shame. Well, if you're going to do it..... A nice glass of your favourite tipple later will help soothe

Somehow I don't think a cup of tea is going to cut it.

No, its not. Do you not imbibe then? For me that would be a couple of double single malts and a good yank of a kitten's tail.

I'm not a teatotaller but I barely drink.  10 years working in the wine trade put me off, lol.

Ouch Rebecca! At least you know that Lepsons should do an excellent job, and get the colour match right, which can be tricky with VW Prets.

It's not all bad really as I was planning a trip to Lepsons tyre fitting arm anyway to have a set of Michelin PS4S fitted soon, as I've given up trying to find a local tyre fitter who doesn't mark the wheels in the process.  So Lepsons it is for that anyway and I'll just factor this in, get it refurbed there and then it can go to their fitter to have the tyres out on.  Might get them to do paint hubs at the same time if they can do that. It's the same Pret that got damaged in the hit and run last year so it's already been refurbed by them once.  Just need to think about the inconvenience of being without the car as I need it daily.  Will think that one over.

What a mess
It somehow seems worse when it's a Pretoria as the factory finish on them is so nice.
Could be worse though, my wife's A3 needs all 4 wheels refurbishing before it gets sold in August.
Any recommendations for a decent company in Manchester to do this?
