Thought i'd go through past and present as i've had 5 mk2's so far..

My first 16v Golf how she looked when I bought her:

Then after a bit of tinkering for sale purposes she looked like this:

My second valver was the best i've had so far, was the fastest and most fun to drive, had had a lot of tweaks before I got her. Unfortunately I spannered her into a ditch last year!

While I had her I bought an early K-jet injection 8 valver, this is currently still at Silverstone getting a 2litre conversion, plus a few other added extras.. Allow the bonnet vent, it aint that bad..

Then there's my last valver which i p/x'ed for my Rallye last week, lovely looking car and solid as a rock, but when offered a Rallye what can you do??

And so we come to my latest project, this is the only piccie I got of her at the mo, but will get some more up when i've sorted a few cosmetic bits out. Think this baby will be with me for life now, don't plan on selling her and need no other mk2 as I have found, what in my eyes is the pinnacle of mk2 Golf's. (Although I am plannin on spending quite a bit on her, maybe a 20vT conversion and converting it into right hand drive using a mk4 dash etc. Just an idea at present though.. )

And now there is a garage full of bits for the rebuild, when I'm not being messed around by my job!!
