"HELP"NO BRAKE LIGHTS

PLEASE HELP I HAVE NO BRAKE LIGHTS,I`VE CHANGED THE SWITCH ON THE MASTER CYLINDER AND NOTICED A PLUG DANGLING,I`VE GOT THE PLUG THAT GOES TO THE SWITCH BUT FROM THAT COMES TWO WIRES WITH A PLUG ON THE END,CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE THIS GOES IT`S DOING ME HEAD IN  !

There should be two switches on the master cylinder, if you bridge the connections out on the wires the lights should come on. If not, check the fuses and bulbs.

One of the wires will have +12V. If not then your fuse has blown.

The other wire goes into the fuse box and back out to the rear lights. The fuse box only provides a jumper-link for this wire - there is nothing in between. I had a problem with this link so I connected the two wires together i.e. the one from the master cylinder (not +12V) and the one going to the rear lights.
