Hino need for any of that! There is a hex socket on top of the headlight unit both sides - an allen key in that raises and lowers the headlights. Mine (7.5 GTi with LED headlights) were a touch low so I raised them half a turn. It's really easy to do, best in the dark on a flat straight lane or road, with a cloth over the other headlight you are not adjusting.
Wouldn't the rader cruise sensor still need adjusting though?? To compensate for the lower ride height??
