Hello, newbie here. Been reading the forum since August 2014 and finally decided to join
Started with a GTI PP in Midnight Blue October 2014 then changed to a Lapiz Blue R March 2016. When the R went in for its first service in March this year I saw and fell in love with my current ride, a 3 door manual CS in Tornado Red with black Prets. Have attempted to add some pics, hope they work!

Wow! That's how my TR should look. I really need to get a DA! Echo Exonian's comment above, would be interested in your view of your three Golfs.
2019 Oryx White 5dr TCR.

Was - 2015 Tornado Red 3dr GTI PP, manual, Santiagos, Audi short shifter.

Sign me up. Back in a GIT after many many moons without one.

Pure White, PP, 14plate, Cloth Interior (the only acceptable interior in my eyes).

Cosmetic mods beginning, nothing major, just a bit of vinyl to do here and there.

I made this : ->

I thought you'd given up this GTI lark years ago!
Welcome back.

What's with the vinyl, leopard skin roof?

Pics?

Given up is a bit strong. Temporarily diverted is more apt....

Complete zebra pattern all over I reckon...  :lipsrsealed: - Just trying to protect some of the gloss on the B pillars, so going to give them a subtle wrap.

Will put some pics up once I've had a chance to clean and generally give it a good tarting up.

Hi folks, I upgraded to a 7.5 GTI (black, DSG) almost a year ago now having previously owned a mk7 GTD (red, manual) and a mk5 GTI (grey, DSG) over the past 10ish years.

Loving the 7.5 although wishing I had gone for the performance pack and some 19s.

Hi

You can still do the upgrade to 19's if you're feeling flush

I have been looking around

That's not a bad price actually, best I've come across is ~1700 on eBay for new 19" Brescias.

My head says to steer clear of diamond cut but they do look great - especially on a black car. I only live a few miles from CM so have been talking to them about pretorias but the current batch is 8.5J and i'd prefer 8J. Would it be wrong to put some gunmetal Reifnitz on a non-TCR GTI?
