A few pics i took today at South Hereford, looks much nicer in real life!







Someone mentioned about the wing mirrors filling up with rain water when folded but they're open at the bottom when folded:



And something i hadn't noticed before and am a little disappointed with tbh, the line in grill is grey and chrome which looks pretty cool but the line in the headlamps is just chrome unlike the GTI!?

Great pics Jimble, just how mine will look if it ever bloody turns up 

One thing I don't like is the fried egg look of the indicator in the first pic. Might have to invest in some clear bulbs if its possible ?

I think there is an orange building next to the dealership mate, they don't look like that normally, you can see the orange but not much.

Not been on for a while as my due date is mid October and decided to enjoy last few weeks of my A3 before casting thoughts to the coming GTD.

But as was in MK today decided to go and have a look in, and a Midnight Blue GTD - DSG was there and all I can say is wow, first time seen one in flesh and better than imagined 

Really loved the wheels too again look even better in flesh.

They kindly let me have a sit and interior is a again nicer than expected. 

Not a colour even considered but think contrasts really well with silver and you will not be disappointed if that is your combination.

Think these photos say the rest, such a great looking car - Mine is the white which these 2 photo are ones found but will keep me going after seeing the GTD today.

I've ordered pure white, build week confirmed 15.09.2013, what do I do??

I like the white, but then I again I like the red (after seeing this today)

Which is better? There's only one way to find out........FFFFFFFIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHTTTTTT

ps, ordered in white, then red then back to white!!!

Red is way down on my personal favourite colours and think white is streets ahead in that head to head though feel the Carbon may actually be the best colour for the GTD now from seeing more and more  given how chrome/silver contrasts and compliments it so well.

Midnight Blue looked really good today on GTD also.

Pure White or Carbon would however be my only dilemma colour wise if was choosing from outset but as it stands more than happy with Pure White given weight of evidence in favour such as this thread and Jimble photo and comments.

Kept clean, is far & above the best colour, phew thanks
