Small update

Had the golf booked in for  service whilst I was away in Florida but on the day I was taking it in the clutch started to slip so I asked if the garage could replace the clutch and flywheel as well

so returned yesterday and went to pick golf straight after I dropped the girlfriend off

I have had new clutch and flywheel fitted

bottom arms replaced as 1 was knocked

Blow on my exhaust fixed

cambelt and water pump replace

Oil changed and engine flushed

oil filter

pollen filter

So thought wicked car should be sweet to drive so set off with smile on face :)

got 4 miles down road and management light started to flash and car started to limp so drove back to garage and plugged it found no ignition in no1 so pulled the coilpack and spark plugs and there looked like had seen better days so though best check rest of them only to find no4 plug was same and other 2 not the best either so decided to replace all 4 plugs and coil packs at same time No point doing 1/2 a job

Car now runs a dream and I can tell the difference so now I might stop looking at selling lol and enjoy the golf again :)

£800 well spent :( lol
