Title: which steering wheel for my MK2??

been thinking of buying a wooden steering wheel for that classic look for my baby MK2

What you peeps recon? Look good or not? ::)
im not after a boy racer MOMO look sorry

There's a limited edition wooden one that came in a handful of mk3 that's nice to drive with if you can find one.

Dubmeister do some nice wooden wheels, I've just ordered a Victor wheel for mine - keeps it nice and German  :)
Not sure about it on a mk2 though, I just dont think they look old enough to pull of a retro look. They still have a modern edge to their design.

i would have to agree with you adam, all black vinyl interior, reasonably modern exterior. i think it would look out of place. depends tho on the mods on your car. a mk2 done in a retro style would pull it off

make you look like a pimp tho!

i would get a hand trimmed leather version of the gti wheel!
