2-3 loud clunks engine bay single time after i turn car on and start driving

its things like this that made my decision to get rid of the car easy........
it may not be a "problem" to VW but it is to me!

if I bought a Daihatsu then I would expect the odd random noise but it also would've been £20k cheaper!
