Thanks mate. Been worth the trips back and forwards to get it right. Wanted it to be as close to the MK7 version as possible but blending into the MK8.

Main thing is it is the exact same material as front stripe.

I have 2 sets but can get more £100 a set inc P&P

Only issue for me is whether you'd see it on the Atlantic Blue you can hardly see the vinyl as it is!!!

Foxy, I would remove it and replace it with the same thing but in Anthrecite or Silver?

I reckon it would look really smart and unique.

They look great and it’s awesome the material/ colour matches perfectly.

The only feedback I have is maybe having the Clubsport lettering more central on the black background?  I get why it’s at the top as that’s how the MK7 Clubsport had the decal, however on the MK8 the black background is taller (at least from the photos)

Pretty much how the lettering has been done here. Sorry if I make no sense

I think they look good and I’d be interested- if / when my car arrives  :grin:

Are they a DIY job? How hard can it be right… but mess it up and I guess it’s 100 quid of ballsed up stickers in the bin.

Been out of action with Covid, so just catching up! Not a pleasant experience!

The extension of the stripe works really nicely, and the spacing looks spot on. If I had gone down this route, I’d have aimed for exactly that. I would have moved the clubsport graphic down though, for balance. Your solution looks great, and is true to the MK7. But the MK7 creaseline didn’t increase in depth as much as it goes from front to back, like on the Mk8. So the graphic isn’t as vertically off centre.

Still looks good though. Nice job 👍🏻

Anymore going forward I could have it modified.

As for a diy job yes as long as you line up the back first.

Only bit I couldn’t have done is they put copper string under the strip to cut it exact with door

I think these look good. Will you be making more / future batches? I had contemplated removing but the decals in their entirety, but this could be a better solution. Thanks
