Its a bit more than popular, almost everyone has ordered white.

I saw a chart that showed over 50% of Golf GTI/Ds are White.

Makes me glad I ordered red. The only other colour that floated my boat in any way was Carbon Steel, just wasn't willing to shell out the extra £500+ for it.
