what's a girl to do?
« on: 02 May 2006, 21:05 »
Only me.. not normally seen hanging round these parts.. spend most of my time figuring out how to
Well, HOPEFULLY within the next 6 months i'll have a lump sum comin my way from an insurance company paying out for back injury i sustained last june writing off a peugeot 106 with the help from some guy in a subaru! I've decided that i want to spend this money on a mk1 cab!

Originally i wanted to get a clipper.. but now im swayed back to oldschool small bumpers! The car will be a daily driver, but over time im hopin i can acquire one with potential of a show car! What are you're opinions?

Han

I have one, but I am just about as non commital to selling as you are to buying. It is a 1983 1800 GLI with a genuine 68k. It  is Lagos Yellow, has small bumpers and looks like Tweety Pie. It is absolutely immaculate (Ex Show) and has a massive folder of history including concours awards.

Let me know if you are interested but not until after the summer. Its my wife's daily runner.
