16's on mk1

hey, just a quick one, if i put a set of 16x7 on my mk1 with bbs body kit will i need to make any changes to my stock susp? will it rub or anything? any help would be good ta sam

standard ride height wont rub, although my personal opinion is that 15s look better sized. mk1s with massive wheels dont go imo....

I agree with that, 15s are as big as you need to go on mk1s.  :smiley:

I used to have 17's on my cab, they looked ok in their day, but the 14's look so much better IMO.
