Me too mate

Didn't get too much time on it today, but did get the electric windows fitted and put my new door cards in, they're genuine electric window ones which is a nice touch :)

Brakes are sorted (for now) and finished refitting the arches etc. Eibach anti-roll-bar makes a massive difference to the handling

Can't run big bumpers without plastic arches mate ;) I have trimmed the lip on the plastic arch to suit the rolled arch so gives me a bit more room under there.

Did a few jobs today, managed to get hold of a boot seal in good condition so fitted that. Also, bought a new timing light as mine died a little while ago so thought I check out the timing on the Jetta as its never run right .. glad I did.

Pic below shows how far out it was! Supposed to be set to the 6deg btdc mark, but some muppet had set it to about 20deg atdc!! Needless to say runs much more smoothly now :)

I've also adjusted the idle and Co today and it is a completely different car to drive now  8)  (it's still definitely getting a G60 engine though  )
