Whiteworm and trade in
« on: 21 June 2021, 15:20 »
Original Parker wheels are off the car, stored in garage and will be going back on the day before trade in roughly September time

I checked them over and have seen one of them has a bit of whiteworm. Is this likely to get worse in a few months?  Car is in warranty till March, is it worth trying to get VW to fix it/ replace?

No harm asking. Some have had success with white worm, others not so much. I think a lot of it is down to the individual dealer.

If the wheels are going to be on the car in the next few months, then now it's started, it's likely that it will only progress.
