Well, the wiper issue worsened
Front and rear wipers going at it full time, the rear had also decided on it's own routine
. So before spending loads of money on a new wiper stalk, relays etc. I had a butchers at the wiring. Fuse box out, nothing wrong there, cleaned wiper stalk contacts and checked the block connector to see if that was dodgy. Put it back together and "hey presto!" they didn't move when I started the car..........then I let the handbrake off and the bl00dy things started going hell for leather again
.
Turns out the handbrake switch is connected to the wiper motor loom so something in there isn't quite right but I'll have a look at that when it's cooled down outside a little, I've taken the handbrake switch off it's mounting so the wipers are behaving now but I have the brake warning light claring at me now
Then I've realised the fuel pump is on it's way out
it starved it'self twice the other day when I put me foot down and it's making a right noise now
so that's on order.
Finally, the arch rubbing and gravity defying front end have left me with no alternative but to purchase some FK coilovers that should arrive this week..........guess what I'm doing next weekend
