let me know if your game or if you can wait til the summer charity rr day....

its not hard tbh, i did mine as individual squares, not on a whole sheet. uses less vinyl and is much easier to apply that way. i just picked a start point and eyed each one up. if i hadnt had an incompetant mate helping and we both took our time it would have looked even better. obviously you cant see anything wrong unless you really look. and when i say "better" i mean each corner of each square meets perfectly with the corner of the next square.

thanks for the comment bud, appreciate it :afro:

new intercooler on its way :) so hopefully when it arrives it will fit as i have planned it too! will have to pull out my old bumper and splitter and im sure all will recognise the splitter lol.

if a whole bumper fits and i roll with a splitter that just means i need to budget in another load of dollar each month for replacement splitters! :D :D :D

new cooler fitted!

got the grill and bumper off, bonnet up and got the old cooler off and removed some of the boost piping. trial fitted the cooler to see what needed to be done.

then made up a 90 bracket to bolt onto the top of the cooler and then to the front crossmember (thing in front of rad thats steel and joins the two chassis legs). it sat nicely between that and the rad. had to cut a little more of the plastic off the cowling so i could fit a hose to the end tanks, but otherwise it fitted nicely.

then it came to fitting the boost piping back on, which i knew would be a night mare as the tanks point outwards and not into the bay like the cossie one. lucky i managed to use the existing piping and a spare bit of straight i had lying around. so it was all on and done (in less than an hour!)

next is to fish out my other bumper with the splitter and see if it fits on. i think it will.... well i hope it will! :D

update and pics to follow!
