Sod's Law it clashes with my first weekend with the R. So I'll be on the M25 and boring motorway on Sat then again on Sun! Not how I would've planned it but needs must. Detailing will have to wait too! Still, there's always tommorow. Ah, the M25 - the killer of driving fun, especially with those fixed speed cameras Make sure you take up a couple of spots in the car park - all those kids next to your brand new R - you're a braver person than me taking it there The very thought makes me shudder! All those snotty nose brats leaning up against my car (and I include my own child in that, lol). I will arrive at the Lego hotel (if only it really was made entirely from Lego I might be interested) very early and find some forsaken corner of the car park and hide my R there. There are certain criteria though that must be met. Must be an end space, devoid of tree coverage etc.....

Give a building made entirely out of Lego a miss - did you see that James May program where he made a house out of Lego? Rain got in everywhere, capillary action on all the joins. Lego collecting and reselling is one of my hobbies - mainly specialising in the UCS Star Wars sets. You look for the "Sheldon" space too? Getting visions of a certain episode of the Inbetweeners where they go to Thorpe Park.
I would imagine most of us on this forum are guilty of circling car parks looking for the "Billy No Mates" parking space
I've been doing a 'sheldon' most of today albeit in my lowly mk6, already had to contend with a packed Windsor car park, now the premier inn and tomorrow the horror of Legoland...I have however done some recon using google maps satellite view and have identified 5 good spots in the car park that I'll be heading straight for

I thought I was the only sado that did this. Congratulations Bec. Its home at last. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on it.

Can't say that i have ever done that........
