Always take the front wheel off mine, but my friend sticks his in his mk5 without doing that by sticking the front in first....

Had me confused too initially, but I think monsta's comments relate to reply #1166 in this thread and how to get your bike in the back of your car  :grin:

Just bought the Hitech rubber boot mat from Amazon for my golf Mk7 GTI three door.
Really good quality and heavy duty.
Fits like a glove and at present is selling at £29.90 with free delivery.
On Amazon site some reviews say it arrived folded and wont sit right but mine arrived heavily packaged and flat. In my opinion a really good buy.

Reset the one touch closing on the drivers window myself.....its all in the manual.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

Got the awful H&Rs taken off the R for a set of VWR springs put on instead
