Normally with VW if you have placed an order and paid a deposit you are price protected and pay the price agreed at point of ordering - thats always been the case for me anyway but worth getting it in writing from your dealer.

"Inflationary increase" - greedy b'stards, the pound is 12% stronger against the Euro than it was a year ago and they already had a rise in November. There is price protection applied when you have an order accepted at the factory, although it can be wriggled out of if you want to modify your order after a price increase.

At least I managed to get the Tech pack officially added before 27th April, otherwise I'd have to cough up yet more!

They aren't available to order now so that's why I'm asking! As Lee has mentioned in the first post about end of April orders do people (not we!!) think this may include the new wagons?
