Had a right chuckle Saturday night. Saw a friend of mine whose family are in the car trade he was driving a white 'gti' or was it. As he drove off it sounded like a diesel. After talking to him it turns out its a 2.0l diesel that has been fully converted in to a GTI. Bumpers lights seats gearstick steering wheel roof lighting the door and sill lights the whole 9 yards. What a waste of bloody money. They bought it second hand and he said I will drive it for a few weeks and then get rid of it. Any one who is interested keep your eyes peeled.

Spotted a white 5dr UK reg R in Bunratty, Ireland on 16/01. Looked spotless considering the distance it had travelled. Reg started with DP14.

Limestone Grey R in Port Talbot on Prets, very nice. Seems a popular R colour compared to the GTI/GTD's.

Carbon grey GTD today around 10:35am at St Stephen's mini roundabout.  Looked very nice

It's amazing how popular the R has become. Within the space of a few miles this morning I've spotted three on the road, lapiz blue, pure white and black all on the M8 round Glasgow. I've honestly seen far more R's than I have GTI's

Outside Newtown swimming bats Birmingham going towards Perry Barr. As I cycled up to the lights I see a DPB learner Golf. My eyes hit the rear lights only to realise it's a GTD. I learnt in a micro lucky learner driver gets a new GTD.
