GTD remap
« on: 28 February 2011, 12:09 »
Hi folks,

Just been asking a specialist on having my GTD remapped and he said that all 170 BHP VAG cars have a DP filter and this means they cannot be modded.

Does anyone here have a modded GTD?! It may be that Revo don't do it, but other cheaper and less fanciful systems do? Don't want to endanger my engine.

Cheers.

If you have a 2009 GTD you may be able to have it flashed from the OBD port. If you know your ECU number i could find out for you.

The 170PD engines had problem with Particulate Filter the 170CR engine is fine to be tuned.

Mine is Revo'd and it is awesome.
