As long as you are off the red-line should be okay mate.

What speed are you doing at 4000rpm in 5th?

well the car defintely idle'd too high before i had it sorted.. the engine would race too.. once i got it back it behaves how one would expect.. they only changed the cambelt, alternator belt and power steering belt..

If they had the upper intake manifold off to change the timing belt then they resealed it. even the slightest air leak in the intake will mess with the idle. :)

no thats right at 80 MPH im doing 4000 rpm in 5th,
