Not really sure how low mine is its on Jom sports shocks and springs but at a guess I would say 40mm.It drives spot on with no ARB rubbing,I would really like to lower mine on coilovers but there such a sh"t mk4s when they start to rub puts me off tbh but no doubt ill still lower it more...
