I cant see FWD hitting below 5 secs unless its fully made for it and over 500BHP.

400bhp supercharged EP3's are getting low 5 secs, there just isnt enough traction/grip.

PMSL.  He's low 5's (5.2) with -60bhp on that charged EP3! :D

Probably down to the longer gearing of the Golfs box.

The car should be around 380hp now and has anti lag/no lift shift fitted combine this and a set R888's on a good surface such as santa pod, Its quite possible...

You misunderstood my point. I have seen EP3's with 450bhp not break under 5 secs (very rarely) as FWD limits them too much, more power does not improve grip and just spins more. 300bhp Type R's are getting 5.2/5.3 and 400bhp ones are only doing 5.1/5.2 They are, however, pulling much better 1/4 times as the extra power comes in while rolling.
I expect him being 60bhp down is actually beneficial for a 0-60.

IIRC the ctr is currently the fastest FWD car in europe as well with a 10.08 from guy at CPL  :wink:
