Good write up - pretty much exactly how I did it with a two tone buzzer for £3 (ish) off e-bay.

I also used scotch locks - why is there such a downer on these - they are a panacea in the caravan industry????

Help! Just wired this up as per instructions but my car has a toad alarm which is wired into the door switched. So when the door is closed its not fully earthed as the interior light has a delay on it. Is there any way round this apart from fitting another door switch or removing the alarm.
