Boys and girls, the alcantara steering wheel is on the UK menu now...

I would like to think I had a significantly contribution on this decision by VW UK by repeatedly contacting VW customer service and telling them to log a formal request to the VW UK Product Team. Repeatedly :grin: :grin: :grin:

I've looked this morning, the panel isnt broken, but it seems so flimsy and is only clipped in at one end, the rest of the fitment seems to rely on it fitting in behind the door seal and 'just fitting' into the plastic above, nothing connects it to the air bag panel to keep those together and looking good. I've improved the look but will probably resort to some duck tape to try and improve it further.

probably need a software update to remedy - £140 quid from dealers - its the usual answer nowadays for any hardware issue, just cover it up with a software patch  :whistle: :grin:
