Title: fk coilovers- simple question

hi i have fkk highsport coilovers and was going to put them on today.i have removed the old suspension and i have a bit looking like a ring with goes on the top of the coil.do i have to put this with the fk coilovers or not.i have made a picture with and without please let me know whith option is good.
