spent several hours investigating the lack of warmth from my non working heater and broken fan; and then finding several other issues  :sad:
but these are the fun things about enjoying an older car  :grin:

Rolled and pulled front arches, rolled rears slightly. Filled flatened. All for a set of wheels

Today I fitted aero wiper arms and blades, "GTi" sills (look great but a pain in the ass to fit), R32 pedals and deadman and a BMC CDA induction kit and ordered a mini breather to complete the set up.

Still waiting on my H&R spacers  :angry:

Refreshed her number plates. This was the least costly on the list of many issues with my mk2.

Managed to use the screenwash for the first time in weeks, due to the garage skimping on the mixture when the car was serviced in November.  (We've had -18.5oC in the freaking daytime recently.)  Topped it up with neat -25oC rated Halfords stuff, so here's hoping.

On the other hand, temperatures haven't gone below freezing today at all and the forecast is mild.
