Forge 007p Dump Valve

Tools Required
1, Flat head Screwdriver

Step One: Release the three quarter turn screws & remove the plastic engine cover.

Step Two: Remove the three jubilee clips holding the OEM dump valve to the hoses.

Step Three: Replace the jubilee clips & fit the forge valve, The hoses need to be tight but dont go nuts & have the clips cutting into them.

Step Four: Replace the plastic engine cover

Job Done!

I've not really done much recently. Just replaced a split hose & fitted some new plugs.

Hope to do some more mods next month

Finger Plate & Door Handles

Tools Required
1, Flat head Screwdriver
2, No.1 Point Pozidrive Screwdriver

Step One: Pull off the inner grip from the fingerplate

Step Two: Pull fingerplate upwards to remove. Disconnect wire

Step Three: Remove switch assembly (three screws)

Step Four: Reassemble in reverse order.

Step Five: Prise door handle off using flat screwdriver. I found it easiest to prise from the bottom of the handle.

Step Six: Push new handle into place. Job done

Bora Vents Loom

As most of you will probably know, the wiring loom for the Bora vents is almost impossible to get now. So I've made my own! All credit goes to old_n07 on ukmkivs for his how to guide
