egr delete pipe???

got my delete pipe today looking at fitting it tommorrow got a couple of questions.

1) when i install the pipe i have not got a a remap with it mapped out will this cause problems? ie limp mode or engine light on?

2) what can i clean the maifold with to clear all the crap out will brake cleaner be ok?

3) anyone got any top tips on doing this i have read the guides but has anyone else got any bits to add?

Hey,

1) You don't need a remap but I know on newer BLT engines in the Fabias they can throw a light on.

2) Best bet is to use carb cleaner for the manifold.

3) Don't drop the bolts :grin: and mask up the inlets on the block

do i need a new inlet manifold gasket if i clean out the manifold as it says this in the inscructions?

if it throws a light on will it still be ok to drive?

just generaly better for engine less crap gets left in it just all rounbd good thing to do from what i have read m8
