2.0 TDI DPF/EGR Delete
« on: 03 September 2019, 21:48 »
Hi Everyone,

I have a European 2013 Golf VII 2.0 TDI with the 150Hp CRBC engine.

I’m looking to install a DPF/EGR delete from https://rm-motors.pl/index.php?id_product=390&controller=product&id_lang=11

It comes with the pipe and a block off as shown on the site. I asked for instructions and was told, “basically we haven't got any instruction or tutorial to check, but it should be any problem. You just need to take the old part out and replace it with our downpipe. Regarding the EGR cap, you just need to place it on EGR. In this particular car you shouldn't have any problems with installation, because there are clamps on both ends. After fitment you connect all sensors and that's it. I would also recommend to recalibrate a software.”

After reading the instructions at https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0637/8533/files/CR150_ECO_Kit_Installation_Guide_UPDATED.pdf?260

It seems there’s work to be done on the coolant hoses.

Just wondering what else I need to complete the install? After replacing the dpf with the pipe and putting the blockoff on what other hardware needs doing? I know I need an ECU tune. I’m in Romania.

Thanks!

Scott

Basically I’m just wondering what coolant hoses need to go where after removing the EGR/Cooler? Thank you all for your help!
