I've only ever seen wheels the same as Shadys ones (16's) twice, and both times they were on a Vauxhall Calibra DTM

there not polo wheels. they are golf alloys. they were dealer optional extra back when the gmk3 was on sale. they were for golfs that were lower than GTI spec with 4 studs. i had them on my mk3 polo last year, nice alloys!!

That's what I thought. Never seen Polo GTI alloys in 16", only 15". Basically, they're the same as Anni alloys on a mk3, but in a smaller size and 4 stud - BBS RX, if I'm right?

Although, the VR6 alloys with 4 studs is something new to me

I think mk3.5 color concept cabrio's had 16" BBS RX2 with 4 studs, no? That would be perfect, but probably hard as fcuk to find a set.
