Picked up the 00 GTI 1.8 T a couple of weeks back, and been only just got it through the MOT,
unloved I would say is how i found it,
Work Completed so far,
New offside lower ball joint
New Inner track rods both sides
New offside Front ABS sensor
Replaced LED in clocks for ABS Fault light ( @ previous owner )
Swapped Wheels with a lad at local tyre place
Had both sills welded and coated
New Platinum Sparks
New fuel Filter
New oil Filter
Oil change

Shes lower than id really like and needs some attention on the suspension, and idle is a bit rough so going to clean out the throttle body and the MAF. next major planned work is Cam belt + water pump as she just crested 200k
