DIGI - Notice the airbox has a wire attached to it.

Differences
Basicly put Digi is an electronically controlled injection system. K-Jet is a mechanically controlled injection system.
The mk2 8v engine came in both k-jet and digi. Early ones were K-jet, newer digi.
The mk2 16v engine only came in K-jet.
Hope all this helps out some that are just starting out in the world of Mk2 golfs.
