The painted trims don't look too bad on a dark car like this. Personally it would have been better to remove the arch trims altogether. Looks a tidy motor though.

Is there anyway of finding out what "Number" your anniversary is ? i.e in the production run?

Im not sure the mk3 had numbers off the production line like the Mk4, they have an engraved plate on the side of the dash i believe. Theres a guy selling no.1800 of 1800 on ebay now.
