Your not wrong there but having the right kit makes such a difference.

Bilberry wheel cleaner with Gtechniq spray bottle
EZ wheel brush
Valet pro snow foam with Mesto foamer pressure sprayer
Dodo juice supernatural shampoo
Lambskin wash mitt
Clean your car huge fluffy towel
Couple of buckets, one with grit guards and a separate small bucket for wheels

The usual maintenance wash.

Car was full of sand left by the recent rains so wanted to get rid of as much of that at the ‘touchless’ pre-wash stage.

None been at Kames race circuit Muirkirk watching a car rally .
Have to go wash the cars now as they are both covered in dust and flies .
Then will watch British Touring cars on tv

Detailed the car.
Started with a power wash/snow foam
Then used iron X
Then a de-tar
Then clayed
Washed again
Used Werkstatt Prime
Applied 3 coats of sealant
Waxed the wheels

Then realised I missed the exhaust trims which are filthy.

Started at 9:30,finished 4:30

Gave her a good going over at the weekend - been 3 weeks since the last wash and it was looking pretty minging. Also having seen a CSG Clubsport at the dealership over the weekend, I needed to get my GTD's mojo back :-)
