interface not found

as described above. when I open vag com. I go to options, and then test, and com port is ok, but interface comes up as not found any 1 know why cheers....???????????????????

I take it you got it pluged in to the car and ignition on?

Is the led alight on the interface when it's plugged into the car?

yer LED's are working fine mate.. just say's interface not found..

i had this problem when i was using a cracked version of 409.1  :rolleyes:

ive also got this problem its doing my head in anyone got an idea my lead turnt up today everything is installd as far as i no and it does the same as urs interface

if this is when your clicking say " engine " then im fairly sure its not been installed correctly. It took me 4 attempts to get it running when i had the shareware version

ive now managed to get mine working after having dinner all i did was change the com port thing on vagcom think i may have told it sumthing the wrong way round it doesnt work when i select usb (when it should) cant work out y and ill try it tomoro on my cuzs polo 6n2
