what are peoples thoughts on this model? been offered one but not sure

can you remap them etc?

A lot of people on here  would say there less tunable than the 1.8T and dearer to run but they sound lovely, with the recent reliabilty issues with the a lot of 1.8T on here personally i would consider one they tend to be higher spec too  :smiley:

If you can afford to run it have it  :cool: sounds awesome and with a re-map they can make 220bhp

iv got 1.820v AGU but u cant beat a 4 wheel drive V6. :evil:

A mate of mine has got one, sounds nice. He is on about a turbo conversion from the states. Should be circa 300bhp. He did a turbo conversion on his last car so theres a good chance this will happen!

Golf SOLD. Replaced with a Yamaha Raptor 660 quad and loving it. This will be replaced in August with a Raptor 700. Sold the quad now got a Vectra GSI 2.5 V6 and its the nuts.

Brands Hatch massive. MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTED!

51 plate 72000 miles fsh etc

3-3.5k I would say depending on condition and history, owners etc but give them the old its a thirsty motor mate and not many people want them ill give you etc etc
