Title: Correct parts for 1981?

I have got a 1981 gti and and wondered if any one could tell me which alloys came as standard for this year and if there should be the black section around the rear glass on the tailgait.

13 inch 10 spokes and if its any colour other than black yes it should have athe black section aroun the rear window
