If priced realistically that will sell very quick as buyers will be attracted to the low mileage. However bump the price massively due to your mileage it will sit a long time.

That’s still incredibly low mileage. Would put me off to be fair but generally uk buyers go mad for low miles so you should be fine.

And it’s gauging by the way!

Hard to give an upper/lower indication of value without knowing options or what the little extras are. If you've put ceramic coating on or any finishes, you won't see the money back. It gives buyer's confidence that the car has been cared for if you can prove detailing finishes (i.e. through a detailer invoice) but of course it will also show in the condition. But at 4k miles, I'd expect the car to look like new anyway.

Being HPI clear isn't really a selling feature of the car nor is the fact that it was a factory order.

I'd be concerned about such low mileage and would be asking questions about the type of journeys and use it had.

I can get a GTI Performance with extras at MSRP of £36k for £28,558.00 through DTD. That's a 7.5 factory order so comes with a 12-16 week wait. That's delivery miles, no leather (Art Velours) and upgraded nav, audio and multiple driver assistance options, DCC.

I'd guess your car will be about £20k with a spread of £2-4k based on your spec but I suspect dealers will be pushing incredible deals on MK 7.5 stock to catch up on cancelled orders due to WLTP and with the MK 8 coming out.

I'd approach a non marque broker, there are plenty around and see what they say.

Put it on Tootle, with that milage, condition and spec I think you'll get some really strong bids for it, far exceeding P/X prices and you'll end up with something around a private sale.

2016/16 3DR DSG non PP with 30k on the clock are 'booking' trade at £16k, so I think with your spec and milage you'll be somewhere round the £19-20k mark.

It's been traded as it was easier to sort there and then

 Mine are the same. Having others to use results in low miles on each.
