If I replace the clutch and flywheel and increase the power will this damage the driveshaft? I have been told by someone?

Increasing power will yes. Because there's going to be more torque force on them making them want to twist and snap. Not sure what driveshafts are rated at. I'd say around 350bhp and 300 ftlbs minimum. So should be fine.

Well that's fine as I will only be increasing to 250 or as close as I can reach ha ha. Thanks mate.

I saw this a while ago, it's a really good deal considering you're getting a decent clutch kit and brand new flywheel.

Hi, I ordered the Sachs 3 in 1 clutch kit using the part number that is written on this thread and it's the corrado clutch, is that correct? Is it the same? Will it fit a mk4 1.8t? AUM looking for about 250bhp..

Thanks
