Hello Mr Lewis!
yeah 5 door... more doors more whores!

bought a house, so the mk4 took longer to go than expected, almost got another mk1 but couldn't turn this down! 12 months test in a fortnight for £240!

i've not even seen it in the flesh yet!

ride height has to match or lower my mk1

(note the golfgti stickers! seeeeeeee they did go on the car!)

the mk1 was on coils with the bump stops removed. :) the coils were approved to 190mm irc.

mk2 is on springs and shocks for now, it's going to be a slow project as i'm currently getting the drive dug out first.

think we'll stick coils on the mk2 and find some fun wheels, nothing majorly expensive and probably just stick with lowering it, it's all i did to the cab apart from the supersprint and i just enjoyed driving it, so it will be the same for the mk2 i reckon!

yeah i hope it's ok.... difficult with not seeing it, and i wont see it for a few weeks until it's got mot and then i can go collect it and put some tax on it. My other half knows the car well so i'm confident it's not horrendous, and certainly wasn't overpriced for a car with a years test!

Very excited though, couldn't get another mk1 with the other half selling the mx-5 to get one, his and hers mk1's would be bad, so the mk2 is perfect!
